How do I return an item?
To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number.For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

What do I need to know when receiving my order?
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition.All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Nextech within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Beside, you should Keep your Invoice with your important records and read all instruction before using your equipment.
